Foodie Friday

So, some of my good friends have been intrigued about my green smoothie recipe that I love to make for a quick breakfast...this one's for you guys!

1 bunch of green kale
1 banana
1 1/2 cups frozen berries
enough water to cover
a squeeze of yummy local honey

Blend and enjoy!


  1. We LOVE smoothies in this house. Our fave is very similar -- 1 cup or so of frozen fruit (usually whatever I have on hand), 1 banana, 1/2 cup or so of homemade yogurt, 1 cup or so of raw milk, 1 cup (packed) spinach and a squeeze of raw honey. YUM, YUM, YUM.

  2. Oh, yummy! Please share your homemade yogurt recipe...this interest me but I've never tried it.
